Our engineering department is currently working on projects that completely rethink the design of conventional valves, delivering innovative solutions to the key challenges of industrial valve technology.

 

This valve is equipped with a double sealing barrier using a metal bellows and a compensation system designed to operate in the event of a sodium fire. The complete valve assembly and its accessories have been seismically qualified in accordance with the customer's requirements.

SOLIDIFIED SEAL GATE VALVE

 
  • Double sealing barrier at the stem passage with the formation of a solidified seal around the stem.​
  • Double articulated inclined wedge: bi-directional sealing.
  • Design ensuring the integrity of the solidified seal under thermal shock.
  • Stellite sealing surfaces.
  • Test port for leak detection.

BELLOWS-SEALED GATE VALVE


 

  • Double sealing barrier at the stem passage with a metal bellows.
  • Double articulated inclined wedge: bi-directional sealing.
  • Bonnet welded to the body, allowing repeated disassembly by machining.

  • Test port for leak detection.

  • Body specifically designed to improve electric heat tracing and resistance to thermal shock.

BELLOWS-SEALED GLOBE VALVE

 
  • Used for low-temperature liquid metal applications (150°C to 250°C).
  • Special packing with a high sealing performance to prevent contact between air and liquid metal (helium leak test result: 10...).
