Objective: Automated and secure sampling of ANHS (Ammonium Nitrate Hot Solution)

A capacitive jacketed ball sampler is installed on a jacketed manifold. Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a pneumatic actuator, it automatically takes ANHS samples, which are then transported to the laboratory using specialized bottle holders. The entire system is enclosed in a sealed, instrumented cabinet. Operations are managed via a remote control panel, ensuring operator safety and excellent workstation ergonomics.​
